It is very simple—for every new client that you refer you will receive 10% off your next visit.  Your referred client will have the requirement in Gloss Genius when booking to add how they found out about the salon.  They will have the space to enter your name as the referring client.  After they book and come in for their first service, I will consider the referral complete.  I will keep in your account notes that you have 10% off your next visit.
