 SALON POLICIES to KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

No Services will be Rendered to Clients who are accompanied by children under 13 years of age. If you arrive accompanied by children under the ages of 13, no service will be rendered & this will constitute a NO SHOW and you will be charged 50% of the service appointment.  

My services are by appointment only.

Only existing cut &/or color clients can book stand-alone blowout appointments.

Additionally, I do not reply to inquiries regarding the application of color that you would bring to the salon. It is a service that I do not provide.

Please do NOT wear a hooded sweatshirt to your appointment unless you have something underneath that you can keep on when you take it off. The hump prevents me from creating a precise perimeter line. Many thanks!

For your convenience, you may Add Gratuity to your card. NO personal checks accepted. Cash is fine too, but I do not keep cash in the studio so I cannot make change.

Consultation Policy/Fee 75 please email to book and I will follow up on how to proceed and book. CC required online at time of booking. Card will not be charged until end of consultation. Late canceling/no shows will be charged the 75 fee; consultations run 30 min. Although I do provide consultations at the start of every salon visit, this service is different—it is a consultation for clients unsure of what to do with their hair, someone planning a major change, or for clients with compromised hair looking to make a plan for their hair’s recovery. This is not an actual hair service appointment. I will look at your current hair status, recommend haircare products & habits, & discuss a plan for a future appointment. Please do not email photos as I do not hold consultations via email or social media.

Cancellation Policy

Please check your email inbox/spam for salon emails. I regularly send out important information about updates/events and this is how I will communicate should I need to cancel due to illness, etc.

If you must cancel, please notify me at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. I reserve the right to collect fees for late cancellations and no shows. See below.  You can cancel and reschedule appointments by going back in to your original appointment text or email and click from there. I prefer this method and then second preference is to email me that you have to cancel if for some reason you can’t find your original email.

It is important to understand that RESCHEDULING an appointment less than 48 hours is considered a LATE CANCEL….if you must reschedule an appointment, please do 48 hours before the appointment or the same cancellation fee will apply for the late cancel….

Cancellation Fees:

-Cancellations and Rescheduling of more than 48 hours will result in no fees. All clients receive appointment confirmations via text and/or email at least 3 days (72 hrs) before their appointment.  If you book your appointment less than three days from the date, you usually will not receive a confirmation.  

-Less than 48 hour notice ("Late Cancels" and “Late Rescheduling”) will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.  Fee will be charged to the credit card you must store on file when you originally book your appointment.  

-“NO SHOWS” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.  Fee will be charged to the credit card you must store on file when you originally book your appointment.  

-***Another very important note: If you book multiple service appointments and upon arrival, do not fulfill that commitment, you will be charged 50% for the services that you do not complete.  For example, if you booked a haircut, a single process and a full balayage and then upon arrival decide you only want the balayage, you will be charged 50% of the haircut and the single process or whichever service for which you do not do.  Please go into your appointment email at least 72 hours before your visit to adjust your appointment if you feel you may no longer need a service or email me 48 hours before so I can adjust it. This will respectfully allow other clients on a waiting list to book a service in the time slot that you no longer require.  

Late Policy:

I reserve the right to request clients to reschedule for arrivals 15 minutes or more past scheduled appointment time. If you arrive so late where we cannot perform the service and have to reschedule, you will be charged the 50% NO SHOW cancellation fee.  If you arrive accompanied by children under the ages of 13, no service will be rendered & this will constitute a NO SHOW and you will be charged 50% of the service appointment.
